Below you can find design of two Balun transformers for 50/300 and 50/150 Ohm. The Balun transformers have low SWR, less the 1.0: 1.2 at all 160 to 10 meter Bands.

The transformer made with ferrite tubes that are used at RF choke. Such design should work with RF power at several hundred watts.

The transformer is not tested at high power 500 W and more- however the design will give clue how to make high power transformer with the transformation ratio for your needs.
