The antenna may be optimized. At optimization it needs to get the same curves of R and X (like for antenna from Figure 1) that are shown at Figure 2.

The antenna has three resonance (where X=0) at its band-pass. Interval between the resonance frequencies grows (and R grows) when the difference between "short" and "long"wires is grows up.
